Scenario:

You work as an App Developer at a software development company called Big Horizon Limited. Your company produces customized software solutions for startups and other businesses throughout New Zealand.

Your team has been approached by a company My Tech ltd. They have asked you to develop the text/word editor based on their customized needs so that they could use the solutions in their business to prepare different text/word files.

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​You have to design the editor and produce prototypes to present it to the My Tech ltd manager to take approval on your every design decision.

The project needs to be passed through the following prototypes and run a usability test for each prototype

SR01: Create the prototype 1 to include: Title bar, Menu Bar, File Menu and Edit Menu

SR02, SR03  & SR04: Add Dialogues for Save, Open and Print:

SR06: Create Prototype 1.1 – adding View and Format Menus:

SR08: On the click of “BackColor” and “ForeColor” make sure ColorDialog opens and makes changes

SR10:Create prototype 2 and include a ToolBar ShortCuts for Cut, Copy, Paste, Left-RIght-Centre Align, Font, Font Size, Font Styles:

SR11: Once prototype is ready present it to your client and complete a usability checklist form and implement changes:

SR12: Create prototype 3- include changes from Usability Checklist 4 and add horizontal and vertical scroll bars and a progress bar:
