I was contracted to implement and activate Multifactor Authentication (MFA) on all Staff accounts (250) and delegated accounts. I worked with staff to clarify the need & why, MFA App options, and assisted with setting up MFA on their school account and with their personal device. The project included technically written instructions for all options.

The first phase was to document and create ‘How To’ Manuals for the different MFA App options. Below is examples of the documents I compiled.

The second phase of the project was to communicate to staff the why and how about MFA.  I  co-ordinated and communicated with Staff leaders, assisted Staff to set up and use MFA, and following up with those Staff who have not done the setup.

The project was scheduled to take 8 weeks/240 hours and was completed in 134 hours/3.5 weeks.
